This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of WA-Studio subscriptions and services provided by The Cloud Hubs Pvt. Ltd.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. No partial refunds for unused months.
- Enterprise Plans: Please refer to your contract terms or contact your account manager.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (exceeding our SLA commitments), you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

4. Non-Refundable Items

7. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial:
- No payment is required during the trial period
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged
- If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged
